Being healthy isn't just about physical aspects like eating better and getting exercise. It's about all aspects of your health: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually


        Excess fat surrounding our belly is very difficult to lose, unless we don’t exercise. And also excess fat can increase the risk of heart diseases, some types of cancer and diabetes. By taking only diet precautions it’s not possible to lose belly fat. With a little dedication and extra care in food intake, and exercise will make it possible to burn fat sorrounding our belly.

  1. It's been poular from ages. Early morning have honey mixed in luke warm water.
  2. Before having lunch at 12, have any fruit. You can have fruits like grapes,1 cup melon,apple, berries, orange,banana,papaya. These fruits have more water content.
  3. Have Green tea, anti oxidants in green tea are very good for health and also it will burn extra fat in our body.
  4. Plan for healthy meal. Include foods that will reduce fat and cholestral. These foods are fish,eggs, spinach,cabbage,carrot,cucumber,brown rice, oats.
  5. Drink more water.
  6. Every day some physical activity must be done like yoga,Aerobics, walking,gym. There are some special postures in yoga to reduce belly fat.
  7. Every day we must make sure that we have 6-7 hours sleep. Less or over sleep will make body to lose the power of burning extra fat.
