HOW TO PREVENT DIABETES WITHOUT MEDICINES

If you consult doctor, for  a  medicine, to prevent diabetes, do you get any medicine?  No doctor in this world, can prescribe any medicine that prevents diabetes. We have medicines, to control the diabetes, but neither to prevent  nor to cure permanently. Unfortunate thing is, on an average at the age of 25, diabetes has been diagnosed. And more over, diabetes is a life long health condition. Can't we prevent such life-long health condition, to lead happy and healthy life?
There are certain secrets to follow to keep away from diabetes.  Before going into the details,  i will explain about the diabetes and its types.

    Diabetes is a life-long health condition. Our body is able to work or function properly, because of our food intake. The food is converted as energy and transmitted to all the organs and cells of our body as a fuel. So, the body is functioning using this energy as a fuel. Insulin is the harmone, which transmits energy(glucose) from blood to cells and organs. But in diabetes, this harmone does not work properly.  hence the gluscose levels increase in blood and cannot be transmitted to all the organs and cells of our body. Which means, the body failed to produce its energy.  There are two types of diabetes.

Type1 Diabetes: This can be diagnosed in the early stages of life. This  develops when the insulin-producing cells(pancreas) in the body have been destroyed and the body is unable to produce any insulin.  Insulin is the key that unlocks the door to the body’s cells. Once the door is unlocked glucose can enter the cells where it is used as fuel. In Type 1 diabetes the body is unable to produce any insulin so there is no key to unlock the door and the glucose builds up in the blood.
Type2 Diabetes: Type 2 diabetes develops when the body can still make some insulin, but not enough, or when the insulin that is produced does not work properly (known as insulin resistance). It can be treated with healthy diet and physical activity.

    There are about 240 million diabetic patients  in this world. Out of which, india has the highest number of diabetic patients i.e., 41 million.  Here i have mentioned, the region its becuase the reason for getting diabetes can be the food habits. In india most of the people eat white rice. Which is the main reason for diabetes. Do we have guts to challenge that we dont get diabetes in life-time? Yes we can, if we have control on our diet and food habits defnitely we can prevent diabetes, though we have family histories. If we follow the following three diet secrets, we can prevent diabetes.

1)Completely ban white rice and white flour. These two are white poisons.  As mentioned earlier, india has the highest number of diabetes patients in the whole world. Again in india, Andhra pradesh has highest number of diabetes patients. And Rajasthan has least number of patients. Its because in Andhra Pradesh White rice cosumption is more. In Rajasthan, the rice consumption itself is very very very less. They  eat Wheat based products.  If you feel like to eat rice, you can always replace white rice with brown rice. Brown rice is the grain in its natural form. White rice results after it has been refined. This involves removing the outer cover, including the husk, bran and germ. Only the inner white kernel is left. Hence white rice has no nutrients, except fat. A diet of foods that quickly release sugar into the bloodstream has been linked with a greater risk of Type2 diabetes. The  outer parts of brown rice slow down the work of the body’s digestive enzymes into starch. This means that the release of sugar into the bloodstream is slower after eating brown rice compared to white rice.  Have dinner only with wheat based products like chapathi, whole meal.
Hence, its always preferable to eat brown rice than white rice.

2) Eat more  fresh and green vegetables And fresh fruits. Eat more vegetable curry than rice.   Reduce oil and salt in preparing curries. Instead of spending money on medicines once we get diseases, its better to spend money on vegetables and fresh fruits to prevent diseases.

3) In the morning drink vegetable juice every day. Include sprouts in your breakfast daily.  Sprouts can improve the production of insulin in our body, and also sprouts can provide required nutrients to our body.

    Interestingly, most of our efforts are on our glucose levels. However, that's just the symptoms of a great problem. I've met many diabetic patients, and it is frustrating because even after strict lifestyle modifications, they still can't control diabetes.     One year ago I weighed 125 kg (275 lbs). I took medications for diabetes, cholesterol and high blood pressure. I am 59 years old and have eaten a nutrition-sparse diet most of my life, high in sugars and refined carbohydrates.
